Absolutely the best!!!! I came in with teeth and gums that were in bad shape. After a lot of work, with a gentle hand, they have my teeth and gums in the best condition they have ever been. Everyone in the office is so very nice! I would recommend this dental group to anyone.

I called to schedule an appt. for a chipped tooth. Wendy got me in within 2 hours of the call. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. Dr. Bourque (spelling?) temporarily fixed my tooth so its more comfortable. I have made my follow-up appts.

I have to say that all of the office staff and the hygienists are awesome! It's not just one or two people, it's literally every person I came into contact with...they're a wonderful group!!! Also, I walked in the door, sat for maybe 1-2 minutes and was called back for my cleaning. Friendly & efficient - definitely alleviates any dental-anxiety you may have going in.

I left the practice when Dr. Catlin retired to try another provider. The other was terrible, so I came back. Only wait I had was secretary on phone with patient, because they just happened to be short handed but the wait was less than 5 min and I was early for my appointment. Hygenist was excellent, got all of the target out from under my gums that the other provider didn't see or address. It did hurt, I was offered novacaine but it wasn't bad enough to need it. She even buffed a stain that I've had forever

The girls in reception area are always cheerful and friendly. My hygienist Pam is super sweet and funny and does a great job. My mouth doesn't hurt when I leave :-) The doctor is very nice too.

Mondovi got me in to see Dr. Bourque as soon as possible since I felt I had a problem with one of my teeth. The gal who was at the reception desk couldn't have been nicer. Then the dental assistant took me back for x-rays and she was very kind. When I told her I had problems at the dentist's office because of my gagging mechanism, she got my mind off of it while she took the "wing" x-rays. She even offered to spray my throat with something that might help if I wanted. Dr. Bourque was equally as nice.

I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and modern. The equipment seemed to be state-of-the-art and getting x-rays performed was simple and efficient. My cleaning was painless and professional and together with the results of the x-rays, provided the hygienist and my dentist with evidence of what I need to do next with regard to teeth care.
