After having a not so good experience at another dental office two years ago trying to find a new dentist with my insurance I was very apprehensive about trying again to find a new dentist. I was so very relieved after my appointment at Mondovi Elmira. The staff was very friendly. They had all the answers to my many questions and insurance was handled before I left the office. My dental cleaning was exceptional, as usual. Patty always is professional, caring and gentle. The only complaint I had was the waiting room was 55 degrees!!! That is definitely too cold to relax while waiting.

I had a tooth extracted. The dentist was very good. I was numbed up and the tooth was out in less than ten minutes.no pain and very little bleeding. If you need a tooth pulled I highly recommend Mondovi Dental Elmira.

I recently broke one of my front teeth. I was referred to Mondovi by my neighbor. They got me right in for an xray. A week later I was there for an extraction. In the mean time I went in for an imprint of my mouth so that a tooth could be added to my existing plate. The extraction went very well. The modified plate fit well. I was favorably impressed by the entire practice.

On Sunday I broke part of my right front incisor off. I did not have a dentist that I was current with. I called Monday morning on the recommendation of my neighbor, who knew that Mondovi was accepting new patients. Mondovi was able to see me immediately. The initial appointment went very well. The staff and people there were friendly and competent. I have been in enough dentist's offices in my 73 years to judge. I was impressed with them and intend to return.
