We are a participating provider with Delta Dental, and will soon participate with Wellpoint. When services are rendered, the copayment is due and payable in full. We will submit insurance claims for you with appropriate documentation. Our team has over 30 years of experience with insurance systems and will help you get the most out of your plan.

For any insurance carrier not listed below or for patients without insurance: Full payment is due when services are rendered. We are happy to assist you by submitting claims to your carrier with appropriate documentation. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and cash. Our financial coordinator will be glad to answer any questions and will work with you to manage costs and fully optimize your insurance coverage.
